I've also started seeing Crystal who has helped me A LOT, not only physically but mentally, in terms of looking after my overall wellbeing. Wouldn't have been able to hit the milestone in recognizing stress as a big factor and hindrance to my recovery without her help!

I had a bad injury on my back due to a fall from around 2 years ago, it was so bad I got used to living in pain. Since my first visit I could see and feel a big change thanks to Crystal and acupuncture, omg I can't believe it's been around 3 months since my last visit and I have been able to sleep like never before since then.

I went to see Crystal for a new pain that I started to get on my foot. As a dancer I put a lot of pressure on my feet and this was an unusual pain between my toes. She was able to immediately source out the muscle that was giving me problems and fixed it with acupuncture and massage. The pain went away after that one treatment, I was so amazed. She asked the right question and was very patient.
